The gloves have improved the design to the wrist cuffing and increased the flexibility and cupping – and there’s Climacool fabric on the back of the hands to help keep the temperature down.

Traditionalists may complain about the iridescent orange of the inner side of the gloves – it apparently ‘gives Wicket Keeping its own unique identity within the Adidas cricket range’ – but does lose some of its brightness after an hour or two of practice.

Available in sizes from Small Men’s to Oversize Men’s this is a very creditable glove.
